Data collected through the supply request form
If you fill in the form on the Distributors page, we collect your name, company, email, phone number and message. We use this data only to reply to your request and for any resulting commercial discussions.
- Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Retention: up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a business relationship follows.
- Providing the data is optional, but without it we cannot reply.
Statistics: Google Analytics 4
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Ltd, to understand in aggregate form how the site is used (pages visited, traffic source, device). IP addresses are anonymised. Without your consent Google Analytics stores no cookies and uses no identifiers: it only sends anonymous, aggregated signals (Google Consent Mode). Analytics cookies are only enabled if you click “Accept” in the banner.
- Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page.
